Yesterday I watched Oprah at Hallmark and she showed this video to the audience.

So this the story from behind the scenes of this video


In 1969 a young Australian, John Rendall and his friend Ace Bourke, bought a small lion cub from Harrods pet department, which was then legal. 'Christian' was kept in the basement of a furniture shop on the Kings Road in Chelsea, the heart of the swinging sixties. Loved by all, the affectionate cub ate in a local restaurant, played in a nearby graveyard, but was growing fast... 

A chance encounter with Bill Travers and Virginia McKenna led to a new life for Christian. He came to live in a huge enclosure and to sleep in a caravan at their Surrey home. Then in 1971 he was flown to Kenya, his ancestral home, and returned to the wild by lion-man George Adamson. Nine months later in 1972, John and Ace returned to Kora in Kenya. This clip is of their reunion at that time.

It was an emotional reunion: "He ran towards us, threw himself onto us, knocked us over and hugged us, with his paws on our shoulders."

p/s : Pada tanggal 21 hb November 2009, berlaku peristiwa menyayat hati (bagi aku jelaa). Bateri hp I termasuk dalam lubang jamban yg bergenang air kencing tuu kat TJ Mart @ Kulai. Tandas nombor 2 dari hujung. Agak-agak sape singgah situ tolong amikkan : ( aku survey bateri hp mahal nak mampos. papa kedana aku nanti. boooo hoooooo hooooo!

We're going to see my small sister, SOFI for her concert.
She's going to perform her gelek somehow on the stage. Gosh can't imagine it

She'll be dancing along with this song.
I hope she turns great with all those practise she did at school and also at home.

Oke gtg, good luck for my sis. My mum wants to make up her face.

Mak aihh berzaman tondan I tak update I punya blog ni. I sibuk gila dengan anak-anak,suami I ni. Ke hulu, ke hilir jaga diorang. Penat sampai nak tercabut pinggang I ni haa.

Okey, so it's been several months since i updated my last post. How i miss to blog! So now i've got time for it.

Actually, I have nothing to say about but just wanna share what I did this evening. I was in front of the computer and suddenly my mum called from the kitchen to help her. And I went down, lazily cause I felt kinda tired from morning doing tons of work ( cehh padahal mak aku suruh vacuum kereta ngn sapu rumah seciput tu je, gedik kau! ) Okey moving on..

At the kitchen,

mama : ni marina tolong mama buat jemput-jemput. mama da janji dgn nabila nak buat
me : huh? ( bnyk cekadak adik aku nak mntk-mntk ) grrrr
mama : tolong la, kejap je ni
me : yelaaaaaa~

My hands are a bit sloppy and gooeey at the same time. My mum argue about my hand job. Alaaa hard work laa tu mama.. Anyway everyone satisfy with it and I felt happy with my cooking. Yeahhhhhh aku berjayaaaaa!
